New patch problem

I heard that some one told me that the new patch didnt fix the wrap...so Astra can you check again ?
Or someone can go to here and tell the problem
i couldnt check because of the Optical cable fault in the south china sea..so that all the internet in Viet Nam was slow about 60%...so i couldnt download new patch and still wait for the cap fix...maybe until 1 week or 2 week..

Download the patch
Extract it
copy the files
go to your MuCity Client
Paste the files
Press yes to all once notice appear

then login in game
