Can't warp on Barracks and Refuge?
Read these tutorial
Easy!
1. Talk to Priest Devin about the quest.
2. Buy on NPC the 3 items needed.
3. Talk again to Priest Devin.
4. a. You will not able to warp to barracks straight.
b. Move to Kalturan map (you will be warp to lorren deep/valley of loren)
c. Move to Crywolf.
d. Talk to Balgass Instructor (don't know what's his name)
e. Now you are warped to Balgass's Barracks
5. Talk to Devin, and he will tell you to go to refuge. You will be needing to warp again to barracks.
a. You will not able to warp to barracks straight.
b. Move to Kalturan map (you will be warp to lorren deep/valley of loren)
c. Move to Crywolf.
d. Talk to Balgass Instructor (don't know what's his name)
e. Now you are warped to Balgass's Barracks
f. Now go to the Northeast map of Barracks and you will find a gate to refuge
